WHERE do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States ONLY.
WHEN will I receive my order?
Midwest customers typically receive their orders the next business day.
HOW do you ship?
- We deliver on our own trucks within 100 miles of Davenport, IA.
- We ship via UPS and common carriers 100 miles outside of Davenport, IA.
Can I pick up my order?
Customers are always welcome to pick up their orders and visit our large showroom.
WHAT can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Special order and customized products are not returnable.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 15 days after receiving the product.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, the product can be returned to:

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us by e-mail or telephone to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
SHIPPING for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. If Great Western Supply shipped a product in error, Great Western Supply will pay for the shipping.
CREDIT for returns?
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
